You positive feedback and a 5  rating is important to us, and we really appreciate that. 

You may think giving 4  out of 5  means very good, but that is not the case for ebay.

Should we actually be rated at all 3 , we wouldn't be allowed to sell on eBay.   We even have our eBay fees affected by these DSRs.  To  maintain our powersellers status, we need at least 4.5 .  To enjoy a discount on listing fees, we need at least  4.8 .  It matters not just to us.  For us to continue to sell at attractive prices, we need your co-operation by giving us a 5  rating. 

If what you received look like the picture and suit the descriptions, if you received the item within the stated time frame, do give us a 5  rating.  Shipping and handling charges is not just about postage. Ebay and PayPal fees, bubble wrap and envelope we use, are just a few things to consider when you rate shipping costs.
