Shipping Discounts

I try to keep shipping costs as low as possible.  I will combine shipping for multiple items.  For clothing, you pay shipping cost listed plus $1 for each additional item.  Please inquire about shipping discounts for other items that are listed. I will discount based upon weight.

Refunds/Returns

Normally I do not offer refunds.  However, there are certain circumstances where I have issued refunds.  Once you have received your item, please contact me if there is a problem.  I will try to reach a compromise we can both be happy with.  I encourage all my customers who are unsure about the safety of their item during shipping to please purchase the optional insurance.  Once an item is paid for and has shipped I am no longer in control of what may happen.  I do package each item as secure as possible to prevent damage.  So please feel confident I will do what ever I can to protect your item. 

International Shipping

I will ship any item internationally.  Please contact me for a shipping quote before purchasing an item because shipping quotes listed are for US residents only.
