To be eligible for combined shipping, items must be paid for & shipped together. If you plan multiple purchases from us, make all the
purchases within 5 days and email us for a combined invoice with shipping discounts. |

| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:For shipments to Singapore & Malaysia addresses, please refer to individual listings (vary due to weight of items).
For shipments to other international addresses, the shipping and handling for the first item is SGD 6, and additional SGD 1.50 for each additional item in the combined shipment. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:According to Singapore Post Delivery Time:
For shipments to Singapore addresses, 1 - 2 working days by normal post.
For shipments to Malaysia addresses, 4 - 6 working days by standard air mail.
For shipments to other international addresses, 6 - 12 working days by registered air mail. |
| Q:I have e-mailed/messaged you, but have not gotten a response. Why? |

| A:Our customer service staff responds to every e-mail / message that is sent - usually within 24 hours. If you have not heard from us, most likely either we did not receive your e-mail, or your spam filters are blocking our reply.
