We accept payments through PayPal. For local buyers
direct bank transfer through DBS and POSB Bank will be
possible. Money orders or cashier's checks will not be
accepted as bank charges are high. Paying cash can be an
alternative but send at your own risk.
Please note that if paying through PayPal, registration is
compulsory due to PayPal's condition that we must have proof
of delivery.

SHIPPING & TERMS

Please see individual item
description for shipping & handling fees. The correct shipping
charge is always shown in all our listings. We will combine multiple
lots. Generally for stamps, the shipping cost will be US$2.00 for 1
to 3 lots. If there is a large size souvenir sheet or sheetlet
where larger cardboard stiffener is needed for better protection
the shipping charge will slightly be higher. If you are the
winner of multiple lots, please wait for our invoice. Please
quote item lot number when enquiring.
Registered Post from Singapore to anywhere in the world is only
US$1.50 extra unlike many other countries where it can cost as much
as US$11.00 extra. Registration is compulsory for purchases above
US$10.00.
All items will be posted using beautiful commemorative stamps or
souvenir sheets.
Satisfaction is guaranteed. If, for any reason, you are not 100%
happy with your purchase please return to us within 10 days and we
will refund the amount paid (less shipping & handling).
We pack your item the day after we receive your payment. We will
mail it the next day after packing. Please remember that we are
based in Singapore and if you are a buyer from overseas, allow up to
at least 14 days before raising an enquiry about late delivery. We
have cases of our mail arriving in the USA in 3 days and in an
extreme case it arrived in 4 weeks due to a misdirection. This kind
of late delivery is beyond our control. Generally it takes between 3
to 10 days to receive the item after we mail it.
