Shipping
Information:
We always
offer our buyers at least two shipping options
on domestic purchases. We proudly offer USPS priority
mail, USPS parcel post or UPS ground shipping
options. Our standard policy is to ship within
24 hours of receipt of cleared payment. In the
rare instance when shipping is delayed, we will
notify you via e-mail. Insurance is optional on
most items, and if it is required, it will be
stated in the listing.
We
are delighted to offer a multiple shipping discount
on items paid for in a single invoice. If buying
multiple items, please wait for our invoice so
that we can apply the shipping discount to the
invoice. Most of our shipping quotes include a
handling fee of $1.50 to defray the cost of packaging.
Our smaller items, such as our pet charms, have
a $.50 handling fee. Please understand that we
do not make money on our shipping costs.
In
May 2007, the United States Postal Service changed
its international shipping options and rates.
First Class International has replaced the airmail
letter post and economy letter post options. Priority
International has replaced the airmail parcel
post and economy parcel post options. These rates
can be higher than the old rates and, unfortunately,
we have no control over them. For international
shipments we will try to make the package as compact
as possible with proper bubble wrapping to reduce
the shipping cost as much as possible. We have
made numerous international sales and all of our
international buyers have been very satisfied
with their buying experience with us. |
