All Jewelry & Shawl Items are normally sent via Singapore Post within 48 hrs upon receipt of full payment. For Bulk orders, kindly allow at least 4-7 days to process your order as jewelry items are handmade only upon order . Other Courier services such as FEDEX / DHL / EMS are also available only upon request.
SINGAPORE:
All Finished Jewelry items will be combined & posted for FREE!
If Jewelry order costs below SGD$10, such item will be sent thru Normal mail unless buyer pays for the Optional Registered postage of SGD$2.50 ( highly recommended ).
All Pashmina / Shawls will be posted only by Registered Mail within Singapore .
= SGD$5.00 1st item and SGD$1.00 per additional Pashmina / Clothing item.
All Items will be carefully packed in a bubble envelope / Carton Boxes. I will not be liable for any damaged items during delivery.

Normal Mail packages will be delivered by SingPost to your designated mail box.

Tracking Refference will be emailed to you / buyer to confirm the date the Registered Package was shipped . Said Package will be directly delivered to your door for signature and delivery confirmation.
WORLDWIDE:
A Flat Rate Shipping will be automatically calculated by PAYPAL on all Orders of Finished Jewelry / Beads & Findings depending on the total amount of purchases. Please refer to the table below for Shipping Charges

All Pashmina / Shawls will be posted only by Registered Mail Worldwide.
= Shipping cost will be US$6.50 for 1st item and US$2.00 per additional Pashmina / Clothing item.

Included in Shipping / Handling Charges for Registered items only.
RETURN / REFUND:
There's NO RETURN / NO EXCHANGE for Sale items and packages posted by Normal Mail. ONLY Misrepresented items and those posted by Registered Mail which are Lost / Stolen or Damaged during delivery Shall be replaced / refunded less Shipping / Handling Costs. Damaged items must be returned in its Original packaging within 7-14 days from date of receipt. All shipping costs shall be at buyer's expense.
I will Ship anyway you wish but I always try to Ship the most Economical way.
