Payment Methods and Instructions
We normally communicate with our customers using email. When you have won an item, payment instructions will be sent via email to the email address registered under your eBay account. Make sure your email is current and is able to receive incoming emails. If for any reasons, you did not receive our email when you have won an item, please do not hesitate to email us at playchapter@hotmail.com.
For customers who are paying your won items by paypal, you can checkout directly using eBay checkout system. If you are making multiple purchases, please make sure to make payment AFTER your final item has been purchased, then the shipping charges will be calculated automatically on checkout.
DIRECT BANK TRANSFER
Direct bank transfer is to transfer the payment from your bank account directly into our POSB Bank account. Once payment is cleared, your orders will be processed straight away. Using direct bank transfer is easy, cost efficient, and hassle free. All methods covered under Direct Bank Transfer is strictly for Singapore users only.
How it works
After you have placed your orders at eBay, you will receive a confirmation email from auctiva.com. The email should provide all nessessary informations and instructions including our bank account for payment.
Transfer Using DBS iBanking
Transferring payment using DBS ibanking will be credited immediately. Once payment has been transferred successfully, please email all details to us including the titles of the items which you have paid for.
We will send an acknowlegement to you via email within 24hrs after your payment has been verified cleared. We will send all orders within 1 working day after payment is cleared.
First of all, you must have a DBS iBanking account before you can use this service. Register here if you do not have one yet.
After finalising all items which you would like to purchase, calculate the total amount including shipping & handling fees and transfer altogether into our POSB Savings account.
We strongly recommend that you use your eBay email address's ID as your initial. For example: If your eBay registered email is abc123@email.com, please use abc123 as your initial for ibanking.
Once payment has been transferred successfully, please email all details to us including the titles of the items which you have paid for. Below is how the email should look like.

Transfer Using POSB/DBS ATM Machines
Transferring payment using POSB/DBS ATM Machines will be credited immediately. Once payment has been transferred successfully, please email all details to us including the titles of the items which you have paid for.

Transferring payment using other banks will take 3 working days for payment to clear. Once payment has been transferred successfully, please email all details to us including the titles of the items which you have paid for.

PAYPAL TRANSFER
Paypal is the only mode of payment for international buyers at present. You do not need to have a paypal account to make payment. There are two ways to pay to our paypal account.
Paypal to Paypal (This applies to buyers with paypal account)
Credit/Debit Cards to Paypal (This applies to buyers without paypal account)
SELF COLLECTION
Self collection will be at Blk 394 Bukit Batok West Ave 5 (Opp Bukit Batok Driving Centre).
