Store Policy

The following terms and conditions apply to all visitors of playchapterstore. If you visit or shop at playchapterstore, you accept these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

We may change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted onto the site (see date above). Please read and accept the terms and conditions each time you place an order, to ensure that you are familiar with the most current ones

Pricings & Payment
All orders will only be shipped upon receiving cleared payment.

We accept Direct Bank Transfer for local buyers. (Singaporeans)

For Singaporeans who wish to pay by Paypal, please place a bid or click on buy it now on international listings. (Listings in eBay.co.uk & eBay.com)

We only accept Paypal for international buyers at present. (We ship worldwide)

You agree to purchase the item if you placed a bid or click on buy it now.

Payments must be received within 07 days of auction end (unless previous arrangements have been made) or the item will be re-submitted. If the buyer doesn't respond to e-mails within a reasonable time, an Unpaid Item dispute will be filed.

The total cost of your order will be the price of the products you order, plus the applicable shipping & handling fees. All these will be set out clearly in your order after checkout.

If you order products from playchapter for delivery outside Singapore, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches your specified destination. We have no control over such charges and cannot advise on the likely amount you could be charged. We advise you to check your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order. If something becomes unavailable we may offer you an alternative. If you decide not to accept the alternative goods, you will be offered a full refund.

We try very hard to ensure that all information on our listings are accurate. However, occasionally, an error can occur. If we discover an error in the price, description, or quantity available of a product you have ordered, we will contact you and will offer an alternative product, a full refund or the original product subject to the newly revised price, description and or amended quantity.

Processing Of Orders
Playchapter aims to arrange shipping of all 'in stock' items within 24 hours of receiving your order. We attempt to keep all items listed in stock and ready to ship at all times, because of this we are able to ship most orders within one working day after payment received. Orders are shipped everyday, Monday to Saturday excluding holidays. Orders that have verified payment received before 9:00am (GMT +08:00 Singapore Time) each day are usually shipped the same day.Your order may be delayed if the item is not in stock. Due to the large number of products that we offer and the high volume of auctions we run on ebay, we do occasionally run out of stock on an item. If for some reason your item is not in stock at the time of receiving the order, we will make sure we get it as soon as possible and ship your order the minute it is received. If we are out of stock on an item in your order and is unable to get hold of it in a short period of time, we will offer a full refund of the item and ship the remaining items in your order. Some items may be unavailable and the current stock status is approximate. Playchapter is not able to supply dates our suppliers may get an item in stock.

Please note: Same day shipping will only occur if your order is placed before 9am (Singapore Time) and we have all your ordered items in stock at our warehouse.

We are unable to control how the package is handled after it leaves our care, we will try our very best in packaging all orders to with-stand the normal abuse packages receive during the shipping process. We will do our best to make sure your package arrives safely and in a timely manner. All items were tested and checked by our staffs personally in 100% good working and brand new condition before sending out.

Shipping
We ship to all countries. We ship all orders to the mailing address stated in your Paypal account (unless previous arrangements have been made). Please make sure your Paypal registered mailing address is correct and up to date. We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost packages if an incorrect or incomplete address is supplied.

For combined shipping discount, please wait to pay until AFTER your final item has been purchased, then the shipping charges will be calculated automatically on checkout. If there is any discrepancy in the shipping rates, please request a total from the seller and we will review and adjust the rates as needed.

All items will be hand inspected, checked and tested in good working condition before shipped. All Shipping and Handling charges are non-negotiable and non-refundable.

Most orders are shipped out from Singapore via Singapore Post - Normal Airmail Service or Registered Airmail Service (Recorded Service)

We ship most orders within one working day after payment has cleared. (Excluding Sundays & Public Holidays). Estimated delivery transit time from Singapore to most countries using standard airmail service will take 6-12 working days depends on custom clearance.

Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive. If you order after 9am (Singapore Time), please calculate your delivery time as if your order had been placed the following working day. In the case of bank holidays, please allow an extra two working days.

We do our best to meet the declared delivery times. However, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore we cannot guarantee them.

Returns
Most products may be returned against manufacturers defect for a period of 7 days from original date of purchase. Please email to us at playchapter@hotmail.com as soon as possible to notify us of a return.

To qualify for an exchange the defective product must be free of faults caused by accident, neglect , misuse, normal wear and tear or cosmetic defects that do not affect the performance of the item.

Return policy is limited only to the refund or replacement of any product determined by us to be defective.

We inspect and test every item returned to us. A replacement will be authorised should a fault be found. In the event of a replacement not being available an alternative product will be offered or a credit note issued, in certain circumstances a full refund will be offered.

If no fault can be found by us, the item will be returned to you.

Please note:
Goods opened are no longer liable for a refund. A Credit Note will be issued in its place.
Any product advertised or sold as “used” or “as-is” is not covered under this return policy.
