We will check every single piece carefully before we deliver to anyone of our cusotmers, in order to avoid any misunderstanding or any return items. And PLEASE DO NOT SEND IN THE ITEM / ITEMS TO BE EXCHANGED UNTIL A CONFIRMATION LETTER (NOTIFYING THE AVAILABILITY) HAS BEEN SENT AFTER SUBMISSION OF YOUR EXCHANGE REQUEST.

Refund and exchange is doable when size wrong or product quality issue, terms and condition apply:

1. Strictly No refund or Exchange for items under "Promotion items" & "Pre-Order"  or any other " Lingerie or accessories products" Catagories 

2. product intact! Returned by REGISTERED MAIL by original packing. Registered mail is to avoid any misunderstanding, if any buyer return by normal mail, we are not responding for any lost or missing item 

3. 15% re-stock charge for refund items, we will only refund 85% of the product cost, postage is not refundable 

4. A reason when you want to have exchange. We do not accept any  reason like "suddenly dont like the product" or " i just want to exchange" , We short of man power and consider time cost, because every design we only have limited quantity, exchange or refund may effect our normal procedure. Thanks for your understanding. 

5. When Exchange, only can exchange the same or higher value products. There will be no refund / credit terms or reimbursement should the value of the exchanged item be lower than the original purchased item. However, the buying /or receiving party is liable to pay for the price difference should the value of the exchanged item be higher than the original purchased item. Exchange of items should be based on current selling price unless otherwise stated. Addition, buyer has to top up the additional postage together with extra cost if there is and return item with original packing by registered, we are only mail out exchange item to buyer upon receiving the returned item.
