| A:We always back up our merchandise. It can be returned for credit or refund minus the s/i both ways unless it was misrepresented |

| A:Yes, we like to save on shipping whenever possible. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:We ship promptly, several times a week. And always the least expensive way for you. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:We don't charge for handling. We do add cost of mailers when needed & if we have to purchase a box. We save boxes to try to have the right size & also for 1st class mailing. We don't use Priority in those cases as it's more expensive & to just get a free box.
If we inadvertently charge too much for shipping, it's refunded if it's 1.00 or more. |
