RETURN POLICY

All Sales Should be Considered Final. Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

1. If you have not opened the box, you can return the product to us for refund, credit or replacement within 15 days, no questions asked.

You must return the product to us undamaged AND in perfect condition. The product must be unregistered, and with all manuals and enclosures that shipped with the product. If it is a Retail Box product, you must return it in a protective cardboard box or other similar shipping carton like the one we used to ship it to you originally. Damaged and/or incomplete products are subject to restocking fees of from 10% to 50%. In cases of major damage or abuse, the product may be refused.

Please note: Shipping charges are NOT refundable

To avoid costly returns, check the System Requirements for each title. Be sure you have at least all of the system requirements before ordering. If there are any questions, please contact us before you order.

In cases of return, email support@whizbiztrading.com with Your Name, Your Order Number (invoice number on your invoice), the title of the product, and the specific problem you have encountered.

If we have sent you an incorrect product by mistake, we will replace it with the correct product at no cost to you. Call us or Email support@whizbiztrading.com for a replacement shipment.

We don't add taxes, VAT, or other hidden charges. You pay us what you see on the order screen, i.e. goods subtotal + shipping cost.. Please find out as much as you can about your import taxes in your own country before completing your order.
We do not ship to APO, FPO or PO BOX addresses.

Customers are advised to check all of their products and packing upon receipt of delivery within 30 days.

Return Policy

The provisions of the return policy stated below shall generally apply. However, certain products may not have any applicable return policy or may have different or additional return policy provisions - please refer to the relevant product page in order to check.

You may return new, unopened items for store credit, less a twenty per cent (20%) restocking fee, within ten (10) business days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging with all included accessories intact. Defective or damaged items shall be exchanged or the product cost credited for other store purchases if you report the problems within ten (10) business days of delivery.

For all returns, you must contact our Customer Services in writing to describe the reason for returns prior to sending the items back for exchange or credit.

You shall be responsible for all shipping, insurance, and handling charges (where applicable) when returning the items to us, where we will return it to our supplier for exchange or credit. Shipping and handling fees shall not be credited.

You shall also be responsible for all shipping, insurance, and handling charges (where applicable) when we return the replaced items to you.

We shall not be responsible for losses, damages and/or breakage during the return shipping process.

We shall notify you by email once we have received and processed your returned item. We typically process your returned items within five (5) to seven (7) days of receiving them

Please submit payment in advance, in full. Please check the import taxes of your own country.

Payment can be submitted in USD. We do not currently offer accounts or credit.
