1.  Have you received my payment yet?

As we handle over 150 sales a week, it is difficult to contact every customer individually to let them know their payment has been received.  The easiest way to tell if we have received your payment is to check your feedback.  Upon receiving payment we leave positive feedback normally within 24 hours.

2.  When will my item be shipped?

Again the easiest way to tell is to check your feedback.  All items are shipped within 24 hours of us leaving you positive feedback.  If this is ever not the case we will contact you via email to let you know.

4.  What mail-in payments do you accept and what should I include with my payment?

We accept money orders and cashiers checks.  We accept cash payments at the buyers own risk.  If it is absolutely necessary we will accept a personal check payment, however all items paid for with a personal check will be held until the check clears.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE include a printed copy of the email you get from eBay after the auction has ended.  If you cannot print this out then include your name, eBay I.D. and the eBay auction number(s) of the item(s) you are paying for.  I am not a mind reader.  If I do not know who's payment I am holding there is no way for me to tell who I need to send the item to.  If you do not include this information, you're payment will be held on a shelf until you contact us (probably very pissed off) asking where your item is.  I am not a mean person, I would not just hold on to someone's item just to be mean.  If I don't know who's payment I have, then I don't know where or to who to send the item.  Plain and simple.

5.  Can you make a kit for XXXXX piercing?

Yes.  We are willing to put together all sorts of different custom kits for our customers.  All you have to do is ask.  If we can do it, WE WILL.

6.  I want to order XXX amount of kits.  Can you make a package with this many kits in it?

Of course, again...just ask.  We are more than happy to provide what our customers are looking for.

7.  How can I contact you?

This is the email that is registered with eBay.  It has nothing to do with body piercing, yes I know.  I needed an email address when I was an ebay newbie and this is what the Yahoo email address maker thing gave me.  Ive used it ever since and all of my repeat customers know it.  I dont feel there is a need to have anything fancy anyhow.

Cell Phone - For obvious reasons I decline to list my phone number here.  However if for some reason you as a customer think it would be easier if you could talk to me, send me an email explaining the situation.  If it is necessary to talk over the phone we can arrange something.

8.  Are these needles hollow?  Are these needles sterile?  What are these needles made out of?

All of our needles are hollow, triple beveled cut surgical stainless steel.  They all come individually packaged and E.O. gas sterilized straight from the factory.  They are the same needles used in 99.9% of piercing shops in the U.S.
