| How we process your order? |

- We treat your valuable products carefully to avoid damage or breakage during transportation. Our well-trained operation staff will carefully pack your items with layers of bubbles and place your items in strong boxes (or Thick bag), which strongly protect your valuable ordered items.
- We will send you an e-mail after every shipment to inform you . (Buyers who pay for the insurance will get a tracking number. You are highly recommended to buy insurance for Registered Air-Mail to secure your item. )

- Delivery time is approx. 7-12 business days to most destinations:

-- 8-16 days to Netherlands/Switzerland/Germany/Belgium/austria
-- 3-4 weeks to Brazil/Spain/Italy
